Members of the Board of Directors of the Idaho Fallen Firefighters Foundation:

Tracy J. Raynor

Deputy Chief Raynor (Ret) joined the Boise Fire Department in 1983, was Deputy Chief of Training since 1999, and retired April 19, 2013. Chief Raynor had a key role in the administration of the Boise Fire Department as he oversaw training programs, recruit academies, continuing education, physical fitness, health and safety, and many other areas of the department. Chief Raynor has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Idaho Fallen Firefighters Foundation since July 2001, and has been an integral part of the fundraising, design, and construction of the Idaho Fallen Firefighter Memorial Park.

John Lindberg

John Lindberg has been a member of the Nampa Fire Department for 15 years. He has been in his current position as an engine company Captain for the past 8 years. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Boise State University in 1989. John has held various union leadership positions over the past 13 years. He was the President of IAFF Local 804 for 9 years. John has been involved in the Idaho Fallen Firefighters Foundation since inception and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2007.

David O’Connor

David O’Connor has been a member of the Nampa Fire Department for 10 years. He has been in his current position as Engineer/Operator for the past 4 years. David attended Boise State University majoring in Athletic Training and Education. He has been the president of IAFF Local 804 for the past 3 years and prior to that was the Vice President for 6 years. David has volunteered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association as a camp counselor for 5 years. David has been involved in the Idaho Fallen Firefighters Foundation since its inception, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2007.
